At Belvedere Stonemill, we’re focused on inspiring healthier living through healthier choices. All our food is artisanal and homemade, even often handmade like our fresh pasta, which is made in front of costumers eyes. All our doughs are made using pure, natural ancient grains from certified organic Queensland farms. Our flour is milled using a traditional stone mill that the owners have brought from Puglia, south Italy, where the Fabio’s grandma still lives and used to own a farm. It is kind of cool when you think his grandparents used to grind their grains with a mill very similar to what their grand-child now use here in Belvedere Stonemill To make superb whole grain flour, no modern technology can match the Old World engineering of a stone mill. Our mill is much like the ones used during early Roman times. Unlike high-speed steel rollers, our quartz millstones ensure the most nutritious parts of the whole grain remain, so we can pack wholesome goodness right into your table or bag. In fact, pratically all we produce also can be took away and you may enjoy it in the comfort of your home.
